Quisiera agradecer y felicitar a todos en el hotel. Realmente nos hicieron las vacaciones. La página de Internet no refleja lo que realmente es estar en el hotel, supera todas las expectativas.
Quiero felicitar a todas las personas que trabajan allá, los chóferes, la recepción, los guías, la mucama, la atención del bar, de los garzones y a al chef que me hizo engordar como 3 kilos (no se pasa hambre en el hotel). El hotel también precioso y muy acogedor. Jardines lindos y las instalaciones comodísimas.
Se lo voy a recomendar al que me comente que va a ir a San Pedro.
Una vez más muchas gracias a toda la gente de Tierra Atacama.

Eu adorei o Tierra Atacama.
Realmente é sensacional.
Surpreendeu-me em todos os sentidos.
E olha que posso falar com conhecimento de causa:
Viajo muito até por força da profissão e conheço hotéis excelentes. O Tierra Atacama me conquistou pela arquitetura, pelo lugar em si, pelos passeios incríveis, Pela excelente infra estrutura e PRINCIPALMENTE pela qualidade dos funcionários e colaboradores. Dos garçons aos guias dos passeios... todos de uma simpatia conquistadora.

Last week we spend 4 nights in your wonderful hotel (room #3). We enjoyed the landscape, the hospitality, the contact with the employees, the relaxing atmosphere. The Tierra Atacama hotel is one of our 5 best hotels, we ever visited. One of the best things, the hotel offers, are the excursions (selection and quality) with the excellent guides like Max, Raimondo and Cristobal. They like their job and their customers and they have a great knowledge. We enjoyed every hour with them. Congratulations for your choice.

We recently had the pleasure of staying for three nights and four days at the Tierra Atacama resort and wanted to thank you for making our visit to that beautiful area of the world a wonderful experience. We enjoyed the accommodations, service, food and excursions that the hotel provided. Paula was great in getting us set up to see so much that the area has to offer and the tours were really memorable. We particularly enjoyed the flamingos, the lunar landscape and the geysers (even though the geysers involved some altitude issues, seeing the area was great). From our arrival at the airport to our departure we felt we were well taken care of. We will recommend your resort to anyone who has an interest in seeing one of the natural wonders of the world, which the Atacama surely is. Estivemos hospedados por uma semana neste maravilhoso resort (hab 25) no meio do deserto, no final de janeiro de 2010. Gostaríamos de agradecer a todos (Paula, os guias, os motoristas, o pessoal que atende a recepção e o restaurante) por nossa excelente estadia. Não há palavras que possam expressar nosso contentamento com o hotel e com este lugar maravilhoso que o Chile nos oferece, que é o deserto/salar de Atacama. Basta dizer que não queríamos mais vir embora. Certamente voltaremos e recomendaremos. Desde a receptiva chegada, as instalações, as lindas e maravilhosas refeições, passando pelo contato com os guias e motoristas treinados e atenciosos, os vários passeios bem organizados... tudo nos garantiu férias inesquecíveis e momentos de descanso, prazer, conhecimento e cultura. Estamos apaixonados pelos vulcões, pelas pedras, pelo sal e pelo povo deste local. Muito satisfeitos com tudo, agradecemos a todos vcs (grande beijo a Paula, Matilde, Max e Pamela) e em enexo enviamos algumas fotos.

Quisiera agradecerles formalmente a nombre de la familia Urzúa-Frindt el maravilloso fin de semana que pasamos en el hotel. La atención fue de lujo, la simpatía de todo el personal hace definitivamente la diferencia. Y finalmente tú como gerente siempre te preocupabas que todo estuviera bien!
Por favor agradece a tu personal y a todos de los que no pudimos despedirnos por la carrera final, Erik el barman, Jaira, las mucamas que hasta nos doblaban la ropa, los choferes y guías, la recepción el excelente chef y los tour guides etc etc. Todos ellos aportaron a hacer nuestro fin de semana "perfecto".

Era perfecto, nos servían helados hasta nos daban chocolates!
